Founded in 2023, Level 305 imports and supplies proven tire-recycling machinery for scrap-tire processors, crumb-rubber producers, and recyclers across North America. Every line is built around industrial-grade components — Siemens motors, FAG bearings and UL-certified PLC control panels — and backed with installation guidance and spare parts from our Miami warehouse. Low-speed, high-torque twin-shaft shredder designed for rough shredding of whole tires — minimizing noise and power draw while maintaining high throughput. Automatic overload reversal protects the drive; replaceable H13K blade tips are locked by both screws and grooves so they never loosen.
Heavy-duty rasper that cuts shredded rubber to 10–20 mm chips and strips out steel wire, with twin magnetic separators downstream.
