Founded in 2023, Level 305 imports and supplies proven tire-recycling machinery for scrap-tire processors, crumb-rubber producers, and recyclers across North America. Every line is built around industrial-grade components — Siemens motors, FAG bearings and UL-certified PLC control panels — and backed with installation guidance and spare parts from our Miami warehouse. Tire recycling is our specialty — and we also engineer complete shredding lines for plastic and metal.

Low-speed, high-torque twin-shaft shredder designed for rough shredding of whole tires — minimizing noise and power draw while maintaining high throughput. Automatic overload reversal protects the drive; replaceable H13K blade tips are locked by both screws and grooves so they never loosen.

How It Works — Tire Line

From Whole Tire to Finished Crumb

A continuous, PLC-controlled line takes scrap tires through six stages to clean, sized rubber — recovering steel and fiber along the way.

Feed

Whole tires up to 1800 mm loaded by conveyor.

Shred

Twin-shaft shredder cuts to ~75 mm chunks.

Rasp

Rasper reduces to 10–20 mm and frees steel.

Separate

Magnets & air pull out steel wire and nylon.

Granulate
